WATERS, the new project by ex-Port O’Brien front man Van Pierszalowski, will be releasing their debut album on September 20, 2011. The first track from the album, “For The One” is available below.
After taking some time away from music to travel following the demise of the Port O’Brien in 2010, Pierszalowski ended up living in Oslo where this album was written. It was recording in Dallas and was produced by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Explosions In The Sky, The Walkmen).
WATERS has toured Europe opening for Wye Oak and will performing in Brooklyn later this month at Northside Festival.
