Holmes – the project of LA-based musician and producer Roy Shakke – has released the second track from his third full-length album Covers The cover of The Gap’s “You Dropped a Bomb on Me” is available in this post.

On his latest album, Holmes covers songs by a range of artists including Ice Cube, Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. He is currently working on his forth album; his third of original material. That album is slated to be released in Spring 2012.
